ICYMI…

Don’t panic, this isn’t a blog about annoying abbreviations. For those of you not up with your textspeak, ICYMI means In Case You Missed It. Think of this blog as that occasional episode of Friends when the writers took a week off and instead they pieced together Chandler’s funniest moments or Joey’s daftest ones and made 30 minutes out of it.

We have some great blogs in our “archive” that newer readers may have missed so I want to direct you to those that may be old but are no less roadworthy.

A few of our blogs look at the great outdoors as a source of stimulus and wellbeing, from being active on your bike to the nourishment of good earth on your hands:

In Spring, Ian shares his enjoyment of the allotment, something that John concurs with in I’m not okay!. Maz relishes her time on her Brompton in Melancholy is Incompatible with Bicycling. My joy is walking, something I talk about in One step at a time and Labyrinth coaching walk. Lucy shares the story of a day outdoors with her colleagues in Team Volunteering.

Others look at productivity techniques and goal setting – vital skills:

I share one experience in Eat that morning frog, Zoe shares another in Confessions of a resolutions quitter

We have some personal reflections on development and wellbeing that are worth a few minutes of your time, to see what resonates with you:

I peek into my preferences in Moments of Learning and Learning to learn, my colleague Hugh has a wonderful insight in Personal Reflections: What is development to you?. Oana shares her love of a good book in Reading for wellbeing; Kerry reflects on leadership in Being a bit more Queeny.

What past blogs are your favourite?
