We are part of Human Resources and Organisational Development. Our work covers a wide range of key priorities, such as people development, equality, diversity and inclusion, and empowering organisational change. We are committed to making a positive difference to our University community and we aim to inspire our people to work collaboratively for a better future. Our work is founded on three core principles:
