Mannock Memorial

The Mannock Memorial was created to remember a first world war pilot who was awarded the Victoria Cross. This event was filmed by Sydney Bligh in 1939 who was a keen amateur filmmaker, producing a 90 minute newsreel each year between 1934 and 1939. The acronym CRAFA stands for comrades of the RAF Association.
