StaffSpace has launched – what does this mean for you and your development?

Wednesday 6th December saw the launch of StaffSpace, our new HR, Learning and Development and Payroll system.

Not only does this fantastic new system allow you to access your personal information, view your payslips, and request annual leave, it also enables you to manage your development in a single place. You can view your training records, add personal learning, complete event evaluations, add yourself to waiting lists if events are fully booked, and cancel your booking if you can’t attend. All this information can be easily accessed by just a few clicks.

It’s easy to search for courses or workshops – just access StaffSpace, click on ‘search courses’ under Learning Activities and search on a key word or event title.

StaffSpace Top Tips:
• If you uncheck the ‘Only show courses with availability’ and search for a key word or dates, all activities will show.
• You can search on a time period, just add in the dates and click search. All available events will show.
• You can add your own personal learning if you have attended external events or conferences. This will make sure you have all your development in one place – great for appraisals and development discussions.
