Speaker’s Parliamentary Placement Scheme 2017-18
Applications for the Speaker’s Scheme, Parliamentary Assistant roles are now open! There are 10 positions available. These involve working with MPs from different political parties, open to those 18+. This is a great opportunity for Politics graduates or anyone else interested in working in parliament. This week’s Job of the Week is one open to all CCCU students! If you are around the city this summer, you could earn yourself a bit of extra cash with this Open Day Helper role for 11th June.
What is an Open Day?
An Open Day is an event for prospective students to visit the university and find out more about Canterbury Christ Church.
What are the hours?
The role will be from 8.30am – 3.30pm (approx.)
What will I be doing?
Different roles are allocated on events, your role can vary from: tour guides, accommodation guides, sign posting around campus and town, working on welcome desks.
