Filmed in the 1950s by William Furness who was a postman in Whitstable. This was shot on 9.5mm film. William started making films before the war and continued up until his death in 1963. He concentrated his amateur filmmaking on recording his family.
From one minute into the film, the scene changes to Sussex. Beachy Head lighthouse, then some Sussex countryside, then what looks like the Type 80 radar behind the cliff (where the ROTOR station was to be built).
