Helen Kirk-Brown, HAYS Education Director, has created a video to give some tops tips on interviews for Newly Qualified Teachers, including how to handle online interviews during Covid-19.

Some of the advice is applicable to all interviews: Fail to prepare, prepare to fail. Know your stuff, and don’t forget to have a glass of water handy – it helps with a dry throat, or buying you extra time whilst you take a sip, and think of your answer!

She gives some live example interview questions for NQTs, and some great practical advice. Enjoy!
