Dr. Soeren Keil has just published a book entitled “Multinational Federalism in Bosnia and Herzegovina” with Ashgate.

Additionally he has a new policy paper with the Democratization Policy Council out “Legal Misunderstandings, False normative Hopes and the Ignorance of Political Reality A Commentary on the recent ESI Report “Lost in the Bosnian Labyrinth””.  A hearty congratulations to Soeren who is quickly establishing himself as a leading scholar in post-conflict settlement, federalism and the Balkan region more generally.
