What is the single best thing we can do for our health?

Last week we held our Wellbeing Fair at CCCU for staff, encouraging wellness in mind and body. The Move More Mission did its part by running a smoothie bike, of which I got my hands dirty with. The bike was hooked up to a power converter which powered a blender for our smoothies.

At the start of the day we had around 6 packs of 9 bananas, and by the end of the day only two singular bananas remained! Although I’m still working through all the leftover orange juice, our staff members powered through quite a few smoothies.

Here at Move More, we are about encouraging small changes throughout your every day to improve your health and wellbeing. Take a coastal walk and paint a picture like me, or simply get off the bus a stop early, it’s your choice how, as long as you move more.
