Our Outdoor Fitness & Wellbeing sessions are starting soon!
We are offering members of our University community the chance to take part in a range of fitness and wellbeing opportunities at a variety of campus locations throughout the summer. Each set of sessions is just £5 for 5 weeks of Yoga or Beat the Heat!
What’s on offer?
Beat the Heat: An outdoor fitness class created with the perfect blend of circuit training, bodyweight exercises, HIIT and playground games, with a focus on fun and enjoyment whilst staying active.
Yoga: Our outdoor yoga sessions aim to connect you with the world outdoors, through a set of relaxing, energising and breathtaking yoga sessions. Sessions are designed for people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities.
When & where are sessions available?
Our Beat the Heat class starts 27th/28th June and runs every week for 5 weeks. Yoga starts 29th July and runs every Friday for 5 weeks, ending 26th August.
