In addition to these exhibitors we will be holding workshops on managing stress and boosting resilience:

Do you easily feel overloaded with your head at bursting point with all the deadlines and pressures of daily life? Do negative thoughts prevent you from keeping your focus on the task in hand?  Do you find it hard to stop that ´internal chatter’ and maintain a positive attitude about yourself and your projects?

MindClear UK will be running 30 minute Sophrology workshops at the Life After Uni event on 15th March, to show how we can use our body, breathing techniques and personal resources to combat stress and negativity, boost resilience and enhance our sense of inner well-being.

Sophrology is widely used and considered very effective as an alternative to medical solutions, for issues such as depression, burnout and insomnia.

Come along and see how much you can grow in just 30 minutes …
