Three Canterbury academics presented multiple papers at the leading conference for EU studies in the US, EUSA, in Boston, Massachusetts 5-7th of March.
Dr. Amelia Hadfield presented two papers “Conceptualising the Foreign Policies of EU Member States: Analytical Dynamics, Empirical Findings” and “Confessions of a Europeanized US President? Analyzing the European Content of American Foreign Policy Under Obama”; and Chaired the Panel ” Reflections on European Affairs and Strategic Culture: Grand or Guarded?”. Dr. Andre Barrinha also presented two papers “The Coherence of EU Security Cyber-Strategy” and “Progressive Realism and the Importance of a European Grand Strategy”. While Dr. John FitzGibbon presented his paper “The Rise of the ECB and its Implications for EU Foreign Policy”.
