The Afghan Deputy Minister for Programmes at the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, Mr. Mohammed Tariq Ismati, will address Canterbury Christ Church Undergraduate Politics and International Relations students on the topic of “Local Governance and Development in Afghanistan: The Role of International Community and Civil Society” on Wednesday, 11 December, 11-1pm.
