Dr Amanda Carr has been conducting research in collaboration with CBeebies Interactive looking at how children under 3 years old use touch screen tablets. In a study of 18 children and their parents she observed infants and toddlers playing simple interactive games on the tablet and is looking at the developmental impact this type of activity might have on children of this age.
