Wellbeing activities and information, including tips on improving your mental health by getting more active, hands-on help with the BRIT 2022 Challenge and Moves+ app along with an opportunity to take part in a very special University Mental Health Day BRIT Mini-Challenge!

Get your BRIT 2022 Challenges steps up during University Mental Day with a Wellbeing Walk for staff from People Development and Sonia Overall – a reflective wellbeing walk through campus, ending at the Priory Labyrinth

BRIT Challenge Tea & Cake Celebration!

Join us for a tea and cake celebration, as we enter the final few hours of the end of the BRIT 2022 Challenge! Both BRIT and non-BRIT participants are welcome.

This is a true celebration of the charities supporting mental health in the UK, join us for free tea and cake and help us raise awareness and vital funds for their incredible work.

When & Where: 12:00-14:00, Anselm Food Court


University Mental Health Day BRIT Mini-Challenge

Discover our incredible University Mental Health Day reflective walk and earn points for completing it, as part of the BRIT 2022 Challenge via the Moves+ app. If you haven’t already joined the BRIT Challenge, this could be your chance. Simply Download the Moves+ app from your phone’s app store and sign-up using your @canterbury.ac.uk email address. Once you’ve signed up, connect a fitness tracker (a wearable or just another app on your phone) then find the Uni Mental Health Day Challenge and sign-up on 3rd March.

Why not try our suggested Canterbury routes: Route 1, Accessible Route for walking. Completing the challenge gets you 150 bonus points to use for prizes on the app!


BRIT 2022 Challenge Cycleathon

Join Maddy Young and Dan Bichener from Christ Church Students’ Union for their BRIT 2022 Challenge Cycleathon, cycling for 6 hours, between 9am-3pm. Maddy and Dan are cycling to raise money for both BRIT and Mind – a charity with a focus on mental health. With an opportunity for you to take part and earn BRIT/Moves+ bonus points!
