Are you looking for a job in Teaching? If so, make you sure you head down to the Teacher Recruitment Fair, taking place on the 4th January, 4.00-7.00pm.

The recruitment fair takes place in Augustine Hall, Canterbury, and is open to all students who are looking to find out what’s available, either part-time or full-time while working towards becoming employed in the education sector. You’ll find information roles for NQT and teaching assistants, plus other opportunities from a range of schools, local education authorities and recruitment agencies.

With over 45 organisations attending, there will be plenty of opportunities to discover.

NASUWT WORKSHOP

If you’re feeling at all apprehensive about bagging your first teaching job, have no fear! Teaching Union NASUWT will be running their popular ‘Your First Teaching Appointment’ workshop alongside the Teacher Recruitment Fair, at 5.00pm in AHg.03 The Front Room, Augustine House, Canterbury. You’ll also receive handy resources to help you in your transition from student to NQT.
