Congratulations to the politics team members nominated for Golden Apples this year.

Christ Church Students Union run the Golden Apple Awards allowing students to nominate lecturers who they feel make an outstanding contribution to their learning and experience at university.

This year Dr Laura Cashman and Dr Demetris Tillyris were joint runners up for the Community, Diversity and Inclusion award.

Dr Tom Sharkey was nominated in the Outstanding Lecturer category and Dr Dele Babalola was nominated for the Going Above and Beyond award.

Creating inclusive and engaging learning environments is at the heart of our teaching in the Politics and IR team. Every year we feel extremely grateful to the students whose nominate us. It’s great to know that you recognise and appreciate our efforts.
