Hear from some of our former Arts, Humanities and Education students

After leaving the University students become part of the Christ Church alumni community; an international network of people who all share a life-long connection.

The Alumni Hub website gives past students a chance to share their experiences of studying at the University and what they have gone on to achieve in their chosen field. These alumni stories are an opportunity to encourage, influence and inspire a new generation of students.  

Here are a few Arts, Humanities and Education stories recently featured on the Alumni Hub:

• Millie Kingsnorth (Dance Education 2021) Millie was nominated and shortlisted in our 2023 Alumni Awards in the category of Community Hero.  

• Lauren Baugh (BA Film, Radio and Television 2021) Lauren talks about supporting students with career opportunities at MTV. 

• Lloyd Knowlton (BA (Hons) Primary Education 2010) Lloyd Knowlton shares his transition from teaching to entrepreneurship. 

• Conor McSorley (Secondary PGCE Citizenship Studies 2017) Conor was shortlisted in our Alumni Awards 2023 earlier this year for the Community Hero Award. 

• James Hartigan (BA(Hons) Radio, Film & Television and English Literature, 1996) Find out how James went from studying for a career in filmmaking to working as the Head of Poker Editorial at PokerStars.
