BLACKBOARD ULTRA: ASSIGNMENTS
‘Blackboard Assignments’ are great for the submission of work that does not require checking for originality / similarity. This could be group work, large or multiple files and other multimedia, e.g. ReCap videos. This development session, delivered via Collaborate, will take you through the steps of how to: Build an Assignment in Blackboard Ultra, Edit an Assignment, See the steps student’s take to submit, View / Clear submissions, Add feedback, marks and posting mark(s).
BLACKBOARD ULTRA: DISCUSSIONS AND CONVERSATIONS
This development session looks at Discussions and the new Conversations tool in Blackboard Ultra. How to create and manage these as well as interacting with them.
BLACKBOARD ULTRA: MESSAGES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
Messages have replaced the send email option that was available in Blackboard Original. This development session looks at how to send Messages, where Messages appear for the recipient as well as how to set up a Group – e.g. Only Students, so that a Message can be sent to a selected ‘group’. The session will also look at Announcements and how they, and Messages appear depending on the choices made in the Global Notification Settings.
