Reporting a problem
If you experience problems with any of the IT services above, or find that there are problems with campus facilities including lifts, please contact the i-zone (email@example.com) and report it as soon as possible
Scheduled maintenance will be performed on Blackboard on the last Tuesday of each month between 7 am and 9 am. During this time users may not be able to access Blackboard (due to the installation of Windows Updates, server reboots etc.)
The IT department will carry out on scheduled maintenance work on the University network on 10, 16 and 17 April. This work will take place in the early hours, between 6–8am, in order to minimise disruption to students and staff.
Blackboard will be down on 16 April from 6am for an update. The update will bring new features and create a better student experience.
