Reporting a Repair in Accommodation
Recently moved into University accommodation? All the rooms were checked and prepared for your arrival but just in case we have missed anything we have made it easy for you to report any issues via our Planon App and scanning the QR code in your room.

Once set up you simply have to scan the QR code in your room. The Planon App will then ask you to select a fault from a list or add your own. You can then add further comments and even include an image. You are then able to track the progress of your fault and check to see when it is going to be fixed.
