Come along to Time to Talk to meet other students in a safe open space, share your experiences of student life and share ideas about looking after your wellbeing. Including a mindfulness meditation at the end which is optional.
Due to the current climate many you may be feeling alone, lack motivation and struggling to look after your wellbeing. These feeling are only natural and you are not alone – we know connecting and supporting each other can really help.

Time to Talk will run weekly Thursday 6.00pm – 7.00pm commencing 18 February, on Blackboard Collaborate and be facilitated by members of the mental wellbeing team and students’ union.
