Feeling anxious, stressed or depressed? Medway Talking Therapies which starts on 28 February could help.

We are offering a six week mental health and wellbeing course at the Universities of Medway Campus based around Guided Self Help.

  • The course will be run by Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners from Insight Healthcare.
  • The sessions are 1 hour long, every Thursday from 4pm
  • The course lasts for six weeks

What is Guided Self Help?

It is a brief therapy based on the principles of Cognitive behavioural Therapy (CBT) which aims to support people with mild to moderate common mental health difficulties such as low mood, anxiety and stress.

What are the benefits?

You will have a chance to learn techniques to change unhelpful thinking and unhelpful behaviours that are maintaining your current difficulties.
