This change comes as part of a series of IT projects to improve security processes and account management at CCCU.
What do I need to do?
When you log in to a CCCU system you will be prompted to add additional details so you can manage your account yourself.
Alternatively, you can click here and add two or more recovery methods to your account.
These can include:
- Recovery email
- Recovery telephone
- Microsoft Authenticator app
This automated process should be completely smooth and hassle-free.
