So, you haven’t been on campus since March. Has it been a while since you last saw your Smartcard? Don’t leave it until September to try and find it again!
We want to help you get ready for the new academic year. University life is likely to be different and we are implementing a range of measures to keep you and our campuses safe. Your Smartcard is going to be more important than ever – you will need it to access buildings and services.
If you have lost your Smartcard, please don’t worry. Have a really careful look at home – check your coats, bags and your cars!
No luck? Your friendly i-zone team can arrange for a replacement. There is a cost of £10 to replace a lost Smartcard. You cannot collect your Smartcards in person due to COVID-19 but they will post them directly to the address you provide when you make your order.
Make sure that you are ready for September – please contact the i-zone who will be able to provide further instructions on the payment and delivery of your replacement Smartcard.
