We are happy to report that the issue with the CCCU Student Portal App has now been resolved.
The Student Portal will be unavailable for prearrival students from 10 August until 17 August.
TurnitinUK have informed us that the Turnitin service will be undergoing essential maintenance on Saturday 5th August, 3pm – 9pm.
Over the past couple of days the University has updated Blackboard. The system is now back online.
This is just to remind students that Blackboard is unavailable as we undertake an update of the system.
The update is taking longer than expected, however we will have it back online as soon as possible.
An update to Blackboard is scheduled to take place on Tuesday 1st August 2017 from 6am and will last for 48 hours.
At the end of July, we’re changing to a new system for LibrarySearch .
In order to get ready we have scheduled some maintenance time to migrate from one system to the other. During this period, some of our services will not be available.
We have been notified that when users attempt to log on to the Student Portal using single sign on this is giving an error message and users are unable to access the Portal.

Blackboard will be down for essential maintenance from 07:00 on Saturday 10th June 2017 for approximately 8 hours.
