Arranging to collect your belongings from accommodation.

Good news! The Government have now updated their advice to allow students to travel to University to collect their belongings that have been left in their rooms.

You will only be able to do this by making an appointment with us, so that we can make sure that it is safe for students and staff, and one-hour appointments are available from Wednesday 27 May to Saturday 20 June 2020.

You room will need to be cleared by 20 June 2020.

If you are unable to come back to collect your belongings before that date, please email . We will then get in touch with you to discuss shipping and storage options.

Before you travel to pick up your belongings, please ensure you have:

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone to our accommodation. If you have not completed the above you will not be able to enter our accommodation sites. If once you have booked a date/time slot, you have to change your arrangements, there is a “Manage Booking” function on your confirmation email, that you can use, to reschedule the original booking.  Only one booking per student is allowed.
