We’ve been really busy in the People, Culture and Inclusion Team over the past few months, designing the best possible programme of development for our colleagues across the University. Our ongoing challenge is, how do we let our people know just what an amazing range of learning, development, resources and support there is for them?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That’s where the new Learning and Development Guide comes in. Rather than a static list of what’s on offer, we’ve created a flexible, interactive tool; combining the variety of ways colleagues can engage with their development – from live virtual sessions and E-Learning, to connecting with communities and networks, blogs and resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
