We are very excited to announce that our new “Your Development” guide is now available – available around the University to pick up in a fabulous new pull out form.<\/p>\n

It showcases the highlights of the extensive development programme available this year via our roadmap, and further details can be found on StaffSpace and on our website – which has also been extensively updated for 2018\/19 so it is much easier to navigate and find what you are after.<\/p>\n

This programme is not a solo effort, but a brilliant collaboration between us in the Organisational and Staff Development team and a huge number of skilled experts across the University, to whom we extend our thanks.Particular new highlights this year include our extended support for new managers (further details coming soon, keep an eye on these news blogs!), a great range of Continuous Improvement workshops, more opportunities for coaching, and we will soon be launching a reworked Mosaic personal development programme. All this alongside the core programme of learning and teaching, researcher development, health and safety, leadership, professional development and more.<\/p>\n
