We’re all busy\npeople and, I don’t know about you, but the last few weeks have felt\nparticularly hectic. Managers have even more to consider at this time – trying\nto be there for their teams and making sure everything gets done. So how do\nManagers find the time to engage in their own development?<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Being busy is nothing new to Managers – but in these uncertain times, they have the weight of their teams’ welfare and wellbeing as well as their own. And I have so much respect and admiration for our Managers as this is no easy task. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
With all these\nconflicting pressures on their time, is it any wonder that Managers put their\nown development last? Yet it needn’t be so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Managers Space is a Blackboard full of resources and guidance to dip into – even if there is just a few minutes to spare. And the beauty is that it is available at any time – so if you want to spend 5 minutes before opening your inbox at the beginning of the day, or wind down your day by exploring the content on there (or anything in between) – Managers Space is there for you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Even if you are not\na Manager – but aspire to become one, Managers Space is open to you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Managers Space contains a mixture of readings\/articles, videos and interactive content. We develop and add new content as often as we can – there is a ‘What’s New and Next’ section so you can keep track on what’s been published since your last visit and see what content we’re planning to release next. And we try to prioritise content by what we feel is needed – we have just release some new materials on ‘Managing My Team Remotely’, for example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
