Wednesday 1st November the School of Media Art and Design will be hosting a visit from Professor Stephen Partridge, who was a member of Sub-panel 34 (Art and Design) in the last REF. Steve is currently Professor of Media Art and Associate Dean of Research (Art & Design) at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design, University of Dundee: https://www.dundee.ac.uk/djcad/staff/stephenpartridge/

As part of his visit Steve will be holding an open meeting/Q&A, to which all colleagues in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities are warmly invited. The session should provide a good opportunity to discuss preparations for the next REF with someone who has first hand experience of the REF process, and who has experience of assessing practice-based research submissions. Thus I hope the event will be of particular interest to practice researchers in the Faculty.

The session will run 1.30-2.30pm Wednesday 1 November 2017 in room Pf06.
