{"id":8450,"date":"2022-07-26T11:25:32","date_gmt":"2022-07-26T10:25:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.canterbury.ac.uk\/politics\/?p=8450"},"modified":"2022-07-26T11:25:36","modified_gmt":"2022-07-26T10:25:36","slug":"nss-2022-student-satisfaction-remains-high","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.canterbury.ac.uk\/politics\/2022\/07\/26\/nss-2022-student-satisfaction-remains-high\/","title":{"rendered":"NSS 2022 &#8211; Student satisfaction remains high"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The National Student Survey results have been released by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.officeforstudents.org.uk\/advice-and-guidance\/student-information-and-data\/national-student-survey-nss\/\">Office for Students<\/a> and we are delighted that our students remain among happiest in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Compared to other providers of first degrees in the Politics category (which includes International Relations, Government Studies etc) we have achieved some stunning results again this year:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1<sup>st<\/sup> in the UK for Satisfaction with Learning Opportunities (93%)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1<sup>st<\/sup> in the UK for Satisfaction with Learning Community (93%)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2<sup>nd<\/sup> in the UK for Satisfaction with Teaching on My Course (93%)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>4<sup>th<\/sup> in the UK for Satisfaction with Academic Support (85%)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>5<sup>th<\/sup> in the UK for Satisfaction with Assessment and Feedback (84%)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>7th in the UK for Overall Satisfaction (90%)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>98% of respondents agreed \u201cMy course has challenged me to achieve my best work\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100% of respondents agreed \u201cI have had the right opportunities to work with other students as part of my course\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The class of 2022 faced disruption from the middle of their first year at university.
