Thanks to Francis Sealey at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.globalnet21.org\/\">GlobalNet21<\/a> NGO a Webinar was organised on 21st\u00a0January\u00a0with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.andylovemp.com\/\">Andy Love MP<\/a> for Edmonton North London. Canterbury politics students tweeted their questions to Andy through Francis and via a videolink he answered them.<br \/>\nThe topic of the Webinar was ostensibly about political parties in 21st century Britain but after a discussion on this the conversation quickly turned to how parties can engage with young people and make politics relevant to them.<br \/>\nFor a first attempt at a Webinar it was a great success and the students are keen to participate in future events with politicians through social media.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After a restful Christmas it&#8217;s right back in the action here at Canterbury.
