Britain&#8217;s vote to leave the EU added a new challenge to a long list of security concerns in Europe, from terrorism to a humanitarian crisis that has the Syrian civil war as its epicentre. Amidst all this, NATO has reinforced its operations in the Eastern flank and the EU adopted a new Global Strategy.
