Dr Bates edited the book with Dr Iain MacKenzie and Professor Sean Sayers from the University of Kent.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Contributors include Lord Bhikhu Parekh, and the former Archbishop of Canterbury, Lord Rowan Williams.
