What do you think of CCCU’s communications?

Here at CCCU, we’re committed to giving all our students access to the support and opportunities they need to succeed. To do this, we want to know how the University can best communicate with as many students as possible, to ensure that everyone knows what CCCU can offer to help them succeed.

Last year, nearly 1,000 students responded to our survey on digital communication preferences, and you told us that emails were still the best method for receiving academic updates such as timetables and results, and news about the university facilities like IT and transport.

But what about news that isn’t directly related to your course? Do you know where to go for information about events around the University? Or for careers and financial support?

We’d like to know how we can keep you up to date about everything the University has to offer, so if you have 15 minutes to spare, consider answering a few simple questions about how you’d like us to communicate with you.

Some examples of the questions we’re asking are:

  • Which CCCU social media accounts are you following?
  • If you’ve got a question about something that’s not directly related to you course, where do you go?
  • How often do you look up information on the website?

As a thank you for your help improving our communications service, we’ll enter you into a prize draw for the first prize of a £100 Amazon voucher. And for five lucky runners-up, we have £20 Amazon vouchers on offer.

If you have any questions, please contact marketresearch@canterbury.ac.uk.

We look forward to hearing from you!
