Ian’s current research is concerned with gathering people’s experiences of workplace aggression or bullying – whether victim, witness, or participant.  This work is part of a group of studies which explore the perceptions of these type of workplace experiences, and he is particularly interested in why some behaviours are seen as aggressive or bullying and others are not.
