For the first year of the programme, each trainee is matched with someone who has used, or supports someone who has used, local mental health services.\u00a0 The pair meet monthly for six months to discuss both the advisor\u2019s and the trainee\u2019s experience of, and reflections on services.\u00a0 \u00a0We have recently made a short (six minute)\u00a0film introducing the scheme, available here: <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/nRKxGGLbNAE\">https:\/\/youtu.be\/nRKxGGLbNAE<\/a>.
