The Move More Mission did its part by running a smoothie bike, of which I got my hands dirty with. The bike was hooked up to a power converter which powered a blender for our smoothies.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>At the start of the day we had around 6 packs of 9 bananas, and by the end of the day only two singular bananas remained! Although I&#8217;m still working through all the leftover orange juice, our staff members powered through quite a few smoothies.<\/p>\n<p>Here at Move More, we are about encouraging small changes throughout your every day to improve your health and wellbeing.
