After the success of BRIT 2020, BRIT 2021 and BRIT 2022, The BRIT Challenge is back, bigger and better than ever before!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The BRIT Challenge is a national event from 23 January until 23rd March. The aim of the challenge is to improve mental health and fitness, all while raising vital funds for young adult mental health.\u00a0The British Inspiration Trust have the vision\u00a0to unite educational institutions, businesses,\u00a0philanthropists\u00a0and inspirational figures through\u00a0a collectively powerful\u00a0approach to supporting mental health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
BRIT 2023 will see 23 activities across 3 months, with our University community taking on this significant cause. Activities will include a 23-Hour Challenge, Rollapaluza, UniRun event, Abseiling, Dog Walking a Pub Quiz and much much more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
