So I thought that I would try the tip to take regular breaks while completing assignments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Task:<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Assignments to do over Christmas;<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Move More Tip:<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Take regular breaks. Set a reminder to move every hour.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nhs.uk\/Livewell\/studenthealth\/Pages\/Exerciseandstudy.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NHS<\/a> says \u00a0&#8220;Exercise\u00a0will\u00a0help keep you calm during exams. You\u2019ll feel more energised and refreshed, and that will help you perform better in your studies.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I set a reminder on my phone every hour to remind me to get up and move for at least 5 minutes. \u00a0Every time the alarm sounded I would get up and do something that got me moving.
