My initial thoughts were that this will be so easy to incorporate into day to day life. It so simple and so effective in different ways.

Instead of just standing up whilst on the phone I tended to wander around also, just to keep active and keep my attention on the conversation rather than being passive. Doing this tip was good when I needed to talk to teammates about group work or ring parents for a natter. It allowed my mind to focus on what was being said as well as shaking off any lethargy from being sat for too long.

Doing this tip is super-duper easy. Anytime the phone rings jump up and have a wander around or do some lunges! I definitely found it easier to actually move around than just stand up, I’ll be carrying on this tip because its sooooooooooooooooooo easy!

Eve Batts
PR, Media and Marketing
Year 2

[626
618,722,622,393,694,630
post-178","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-move-more","tag-be-still-less","tag-focus","tag-health","tag-move-more","tag-stand","tag-wellbeing
https://blogs.canterbury.ac.uk/christchurchsport/wp-content/uploads/sites/526/2019/02/shutterstock_109905149-1024x683.jpg
["GET
