I\u2019m just Moving More!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This tip has been a fun, creative part of my day, and it\u2019s been really easy to get other colleagues involved and engaged with this one. Not only is it good to keep active, I am amazed just how much it helps with productivity! Instead of slowly getting more tired throughout the day, I feel energised, and can return to my desk renewed after each bout of physical activity!<\/p>\n<p>I think I\u2019ve also invented a new version of table tennis that uses the ceilings and walls.
