Writing the main body

Main body paragraphs: they tend to be arranged in 3 sections.

Make sure that the topic you chose to discuss in each paragraph is relevant to your essay title/questions. There is no point in discussing something, however interesting, which does not contribute to answering your question or meeting your learning outcomes.

It is hard to say what the right wordcount for a paragraph is but a rough estimate shows that something in the region of 5-8 sentences or 200-300 words could work.
