It offers you freedom and flexibility which can be hard\u00a0to find in\u00a0traditional employed roles.<\/p>\n<p>While there are many pros, there are also\u00a0cons that need to be considered. For some of you, this could mean leaving a full\/part-time job to pursue your dream. For others it could mean sacrificing spare time\u00a0to complete projects. Be sure to check out their &#8216;Running a Business&#8217; section for additional tips and advice.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.peopleperhour.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PeoplePerHour<\/a>\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0An established site that has been around for a while now, allowing you to register to people can find you and you may also &#8216;bid&#8217; for job opportunities with potential clients.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.behance.net\/joblist\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Behance Jobs<\/a>\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0A jobs board for creative professionals, offering opportunities from across the globe. This is part of Behance&#8217;s online portfolio directory and it&#8217;s always worth a look.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/jobs.smashingmagazine.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Smashing Jobs<\/a>\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0Smashing Magazine&#8217;s own Jobs Board where you can search for web design and development opportunities, sometimes featuring ones in the UK.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sensationaljobs.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sensational Jobs<\/a>\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0Another freelance jobs board for web professionals.
