Programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The journey so far has included self-discovery through tools such as Belbin, the Growth Mindset, GRIT &#8211; an intensive personal development and coaching programme, navigating the recruitment process and professionalism in the workplace.\u00a0They have completed the programme, but their journey doesn\u2019t end there!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next we\u2019ll be supporting them through their applications and sourcing ringfenced GradForce jobs to kickstart their graduate careers.
